I offer psychotherapy and counselling for individuals and couples in English. Issues that I can help you with include:

Therapeutic approaches

My training has included a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches and I like to combine these depending on your individual questions and goals. One of the main methods I use is Integrative Body Psychotherapy.

Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP) was developed by Jack L. Rosenberg and is a non-invasive somatic school of psychotherapy. IBP adresses the whole person, integrating cognitive and verbal work with breath and body awareness.

IBP trains your ability to understand your body‘s signals and can turn into a reliable resource that will serve as a compass to steer your thinking, feelings and actions. Aside from talking, I may draw on breath, movement, imagination and role-play techniques during the session.

In addition to IBP, I tend to use the following methods:

  • Sexual Therapy (Approche Sexocorporel)

  • PEP (Process and Embodiment Psychology)

  • Psychottrauma Therapy (PITT)

  • Ego-State-Therapy

  • SPA (Structural Psychotherapeutic Breath Work)
